Michael Forest Jones (the Denver ‘escort’) is writing a memoir of his three-year relationship with fallen pastor and former president of the National Association of Evangelicals, Ted Haggard.  It will be written with Sam Gallegos (a freelancer based in Denver) and published by Seven Stories in June of next year.
